As a recent graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management, I am passionate about information technology, business analysis, and data management. I have a growth mindset and a deep interest in finding opportunities to add value through actionable insights. My most recent work experience was as a Data Analyst and Brand Representative at Bazar Estrelas, where I collected and analyzed large datasets using Excel and MySQL, identified trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provided customer service and IT system training. I also have experience as a Business Analyst at Second Harvest, where I delivered a business case for a new CRM software, reduced payroll and software expenses by annually, and managed a project with 6-8 contributors. I have multiple certifications in Python, R, and Project Management, and I am proficient in Tableau, BPMN, and interpersonal skills.
