I have broad experience from Business Continuity Management (BCM), 3rd Party BCM, Risk Managemanet, Project Management and Process Development. In the area of BCM, which is very close to my heart, I have experience from all different phases from performing Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessments to preparing Business Continuity Plans, conducting training and performing Exercises, Internal Assessments and 3rd Party Assessments. I have, e.g, designed BCM processes, developed a company wide ISO 22301 aligned BCM Framework and defined 3rd Party BCM Requirements. I have further led BCM teams, headed up BCM for Business Units, developed and measured the BCM Implementation for the whole company and much, much more.
