Observing safety requirements in conformance to the Saudi Engineering Procedure and safety policies impose by the main contractor.• Setting up, maintain and troubleshooting of equipment use in job execution of Field Joint Coating both for internal and external application. • Ensure products produced comply with customer's standard.• Observing surface preparation and coating application specification are being implemented based on the project and SAUDI ARAMCO Standards.• Continuously find ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the Project.• Supervision and Control for project development goal.• Checking weather condition and performing simple Quality Control instruments for Coating (e.g. DFT gauge, crest meter, surface thermometer, anchor profile, holiday testing, hygrometer and etc.)• Know how on all the operations of any internal and external coating robotic machines based on standard procedures.• Knowledge with Reliability Centered Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance• Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.• Repair and Troubleshooting of Electro-Pneumatics machines• Knowledge and Experience in Programmable Logic Control(PLC), PIC programming and circuit wiring• Responsible in troubleshooting and repair of equipments of all sorts, which includes robotic, electronic, electro-pneumatics and hydraulic equipments.• Inspection of equipments and systems to recognize defects, hazards and the requirement for repairs of modifications.• Business management duties such as maintaining equipment’s files and records.• Observing coating defects after the coating application weather is complying with the specification using instruments and robotic equipment’s.
