About Henry Argetsinger

I'm a management analyst in the Public Works department of the City of Chula Vista. I manage the multi-million dollar budget of the project management team, which is responsible for major construction and repair projects in the city. I further support the division through research, grant management, procurement, and labor compliance. Previously, I was co-president of Super Bloom Ultimate, a nonprofit organization that creates accessible and empowering sports opportunities for women, trans & nonbinary athletes, and girls in the Greater San Diego area, including running the professional ultimate team San Diego Super Bloom. I have over ten years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and high-school levels. In 2023, I completed my PhD in Philosophy at the University of California San Diego. My research focused on the epistemic dimensions of moral responsibility, and how biases and heuristics affect our judgments of ourselves and others.
