Background

About Henry B.

Bridging the worlds of clinical excellence and business growth in audiology, I leverage my unique background in music, healthcare, and sales leadership to drive innovative patient care solutions. As Regional Sales Manager at Widex, I transformed territories through data-driven strategies and relationship building. Previously, while leading audiology services at Berkshire Medical Center, I spearheaded multiple initiatives that modernized and expanded our practice - from implementing EMR systems to launching a vestibular program and establishing a premier externship program for emerging professionals. My commitment to advancing the field extends beyond clinical work. I served as Vice President of Clinical Practice for Massachusetts Speech Hearing Association and actively contribute to the membership committees for the American Academy of Audiology and Government Affairs and Public Relations Board for ASHA. Selected for ASHA's prestigious Leadership Mentor Program (2021) and Early Career Professionals program (2022), I continue to shape the future of audiology. My foundation in music performance and technology, particularly in tuba and music tech, brings a distinctive creative approach to hearing healthcare. Combined with my track record in sales performance, I excel at identifying growth opportunities while maintaining unwavering focus on patient outcomes.
