Custom Software Engineering Associate Manager within Accenture Technology Ireland. A BSc. Computer Science (International) graduate from Technological University Dublin. A creative, analytical and reliable individual skilled in technical support, team working, software delivery lifecycle, and documentation. Current role sees Henry contracted to client as a senior developer of a Frontend Development team, modernising, redesigning and recreating the portal which for paying of Local Property Tax - a service which is used by 1.5 million property owners, for 1.9 million properties. Development primarily in Java, Spring, Maven, JSP & JavaScript, using Github, Jenkins & Docker for SDLC. Working collaboratively in Agile methodology, assisting team members with peer reviews and problem solving, supporting technical lead with complex issues, whilst engaging in own development work to ensure a consistent production of exceptional work quality. Engaged in various plus-one activities within the Accenture community, such as- Delivery lead for Accenture's new WhatsApp Gradbot. A chatbot hosted in AWS, utilising GenAI and NLP, to be a key element of Accenture's upcoming graduate recruiting campaign- Training lead for the Technology Analyst Group (TAG). Overseeing the team responsible for training of new graduate hires and their training for the following 30months whilst part of TAG.
