About Henry Chan

A 17 year career in IT support has equipped me with numerous skills which can be appropriately applied in any support environment; analysing faults/issues and acting accordingly to come to a positive resolution. This in turn has enabled me to develop my ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to a diverse range customers and colleagues thus creating positive business relationships. I embrace new challenges and actively rise to new opportunities. I am looking for a role which allows me to both utilise my existing skills and develop new ones. I am independent minded whilst at the same time able to work as part of a team to reach common goals. I also demonstrate initiative, and ensure effective time management and organisation. I enthusiastically and rapidly acquire new skills and enjoy challenges.
