About Henry Chelf

My name is Henry Chelf and I plan to finish my academic journey at Michigan State University to obtain an advertising management degree. In regards of my past career experiences in the industry, there’s not much to add. However, I am self-determine individual who loves problem-solving and I myself am a huge fan of learning new skills. To shed light on my career credentials for potential employers, I do own a small wood-working business, ChelfCharcoWoodworking, which I custom make charcuterie boards/cutting boards for clients. My long-term plans for this business is to expand the brand name by wholesaling products from my business into home-decore related chained stores across the region. But first, I must complete my goals of learning new sets of carpentry skills in order to create a variety of wood related products to sell beyond cutting boards. Another important piece of information is I plan to minor in marketing at MSU. Having and understanding marketing tools is one of my primary objectives into running a small business. It is also another career field in which I have a strong desire to pursue, whether it be for a large company or a small family owned business. 5 Marketing occupations that particularly interest me are as follows; 1) Marketing Management 2) Sales 3) Digital Marking 4) Advertising 5) Social Media Why might I be a good candidate for any of these related job-titles? With the little to no experience I have, it’s hard to tell what I’m skilled at and where I’d fit in. But in good time, using repetition as a tool, I can accomplish almost all obstacles I see ahead of me.
