About Henry Clark

I’ve a lovely, large family, six children collectively with my wife. And pets! I’ve been in Leadership for years and find effective leadership very important. I worked in retail in finance (accounts manager) and deputy manager of a store prior to my current role/s. I’ve been working with young people in care since 2017 where I started a new career, and worked up into a manager’s position, as of August 23. I’m passionate about delivering support and encouraging and leading others to create a better future for children. I’m very passionate about leadership, supporting staff and developing skills, both personally and for others. I believe that if you treat your team well and have respect, you will naturally blend better and work more efficiently and dynamically to gain a better outcome. I’ve achieved a level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare, level 4 in Leadership and Management, advanced diploma in Executive Management, advanced diploma in Life Coaching and I’m currently studying a level 5 in Leadership and Management. I’m also a qualified barber!
