Meet diversity, affirmative action, and other sourcing and recruiting goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Apply both traditional and electronic recruiting practices and strategies for developing diverse pools of qualified top candidates to include but not limited to: cold calling, sourcing on AAR's applicant tracking system, job boards, social media, on-line ads, and networking- Collaborate closely with hiring manager to source, screen, evaluate, interview and recommend qualified candidates to obtain best possible talent- Collaborate with HR Manager and other team members to develop best practices that ensure talent strategies and programs meet customer needs.
