As a Deployment Manager at Commure, I manage and execute complex projects from kick-off to go-live, installing, configuring, testing, and servicing Strongline hardware within healthcare areas. I also identify and leverage operational trends and opportunities to improve deployments, troubleshooting processes, and team training, using my process improvement expertise and Lean Six Sigma certification. I have a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in healthcare management, policy, and quality. Previously, I worked as a Strategic Engagement Associate at GenCare Resources, where I reviewed and explored quality assurance and improvement opportunities within the EMR system, coordinated with department managers to recommend and implement workflow enhancements, and contributed to the areas of organizational development, business development, performance management, talent management, and succession planning. My goal is to apply my experience and education to help healthcare organizations achieve excellence and efficiency in their operations and services.
