I am a strategic sales and administration professional with over 8 years of experience in B2C and B2B sales, I have a proven track record of delivering sales performance and achieving sales targets. My ability to develop trusting relationships and secure new business opportunities has resulted in my success in negotiating sales and contracts with prospects and existing clients. In my current role as a Sales Support Specialist, I work collaboratively with key account managers to strengthen customer relationships, and deliver on organisation and customer needs thus resulting in successful sales. I manage customer projects, customer quotations, customer regulatory enquiries and sampling requests. I also manage the customer master data ensuring profiles are of high quality and up-to-date. My ambition to transition to a key account manager has opened up professional growth opportunities, thus, as a part-time Trainee Account Manager, I am tasked with managing customers and driving sales growth through building and strengthening relationships. I am confident that my leadership and teamwork, communication, problem-solving, fast learning, ability to work under pressure, adaptability, customer service, Microsoft Office and many more skills I have developed have contributed to my professional success thus far.
