Henry Flood has over 40 years experience as a grants, governance and regulatory professional writing and managing grants, providing regulatory advice, writing laws, regulations, policies and procedures; handling disability claims involving Social Security, Federal civil service, VA and Federal worker compensation claims and appeals; and assisting organizations and individuals with Federal Immigration benefits. Mr. Flood is widely published in the field of grants and is an accomplished speaker and trainer. He is President of a newly formed 501 (c)(3) public charity known as Delegates of the Word, Inc. that does charitable work in South Florida and Honduras. Grant writing: Henry has written proposals to many federal agencies and foundations for project, construction and specialty funding. His funded projects exceed 50 million. Grants Management: Henry has advised grant recipients on routine and complex grants management issues and authored more than 60 articles on grants and grants management. He advises governments, nonprofit corporations and Indian Tribes. As a legal professional, Henry has written hundreds of laws, regulations, resolutions, charters, Tribal constitutions, nonprofit charters and 501 (c)(3) documents.
