About Henry Gerson
Started my career in printed media with copywriting and creative writing skills, I then managed to expand my experience and knowledge more into digital marketing and branding industry throughout the years. Leading me to a career path as a Brand Storyteller, which then developed into a Brand and Creative Manager in a local agency, Growinc Indonesia. In 2019, I moved to another local agency DEKATA Creative Agency, and entrusted the role of Creative Director, helping numerous brands from big corporations to medium-small scale businesses, such as Mandiri, ZAP Group, KALBE, Bina Bangsa School and many more in the area of branding, digital marketing and communications. Starting 2022, I took the role of marketing consultant helping numerous of retaining clients including Accelerice Indonesia, KCMTKU, Puriva Bali, and Imagispace. I am mostly passionate about helping business owners to grow their business by helping them in building marketing communications strategy, manage and develop their team, to providing daily supervisions and helping the team advance in their skill and meeting their OKR / KPI goals.
