About Henry James Walker

In our organizations and our personal experiences, we have created patterns in order to achieve results. Oftentimes, the ends justify the means - but in our changing world, it's becoming more and more important HOW we do things, not just WHAT we do. I am a lifelong student, teacher, and practitioner of various tools to help you find where things are stuck and can be moved towards greater freedom. In looking at your organizational procedures, I apply Lean Six Sigma to improve your processes and increase efficiency across teams. Towards your cultural needs, I apply Results-Based Accountability and collaborative methods to increase trust so that you can support your teams and decrease turnover rates. And in your own body and mind, I can help you unpattern painful and stuck ways of movement and find freedom using the Alexander Technique and other somatic tools. And in your relationships - both interpersonal and across teams and cultures - I use Root Cause Analysis and Anti-Racist consulting methodologies to help you be a better partner, community member, and leader. My years of being a performing and teaching artist have taught me how to be calm under stress, to be flexible and attentive, and have a clear direction towards resolving your problem or achieving your goal. I can help you breathe easier knowing your personal and professional systems are functioning at full capacity and with a high level of freedom.
