About Henry Jeff Buchanan

I always have had a passion for work. I started working at the age of 15. Honing my customer service and sales skills at an early age in working with customers throughout various positions in the food service industry. I then moved into my industrial stage working in optical fiber production. Refining my skills in teamwork, technical, organizational, planning, task management, time management, reporting, documentation, equipment maintenance, and dependability. I did this while exemplifying my constant desire to learn by going to school to pursue a job in the health field as a phlebotomist. During this time I evolved my skills in verbal and non verbal communication, while also focusing on prioritizing, multitasking, time management, adaptability, and following strict guidelines. I continued my growth by accepting a phlebotomy supervisor job. In this role, I really stepped up my game with my inventory control, conflict management, decision making, problem solving, conceptual, interpersonal, collaboration, administrative, business administration, and leadership skills. Starting in 2021, I became an adjunct Instructor at a technical college. With this role I fine tuned my technological, communication, presentation, imaginative thinking, organizational, and time management skills.
