With over 17 years of experience in building and scaling home health and post-acute care companies, I've lived the operational, clinical, and technological challenges from the inside out. My journey began as a performance engineer at a Fortune 500 software company - where I learned how to optimize complex systems and evolved into a mission-driven career transforming how post acute care is delivered. I co-founded and led one of Houston’s top-performing home health & home care companies, launched a therapy staffing firm that served providers across Greater Houston, and led another agency through a turnaround and successful exit. In every venture, one truth became clear: clinicians don't burn out from providing care - they burn out from broken systems. Today, most post acute care organizations are overwhelmed, not for lack of dedication, but because the systems meant to support them have not kept pace. I believe that’s about to change. I’m now building something new at the intersection of home health and AI. Drawing on my engineering roots and operational insights, we’re rethinking how care is delivered and more importantly, how it's sustained at scale. The future of care starts at home.
