About Henry Kilonzo

Mr. Henry Kilonzo has proven competences in Programme Design, Management, Strategic partnerships, Monitoring and Evaluation, Knowledge Management and ICT. He is also an organisational capacity strengthening; and a data audit expert. He is a Trainer of Facilitators. Henry is also excellent in resource mobilisation. Currently Henry is the Senior Manager, Foundations Programmes (Safaricom and M-PESA Foundations) coordinating the two Foundations' programmes, operations, admin and M&E. Previously he was the Senior Manager, Evaluation and Technical Services at MSH Southern Africa-Pretoria. He has also served as the Director and acting Deputy Chief of Party. As a M&E expert, Henry worked for Family Health International (FHI360) and also as a Portfolio Analyst, Africa for the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation - UK (CIFF) supporting her grantees in Africa Region and Southern India. Henry is excellent in research, data analysis, interpretation and presentation and knowledge management. He holds a Master of Public Health degree - University of the Western Cape, RSA and a BSc in Information Sciences – Moi University, Kenya. He has also completed other short term courses namely: Senior Management Leadership Programme (Strathmore Business School), Sustainable business strategy (Harvard Business School), Social Return on Investment (SROI), Knowledge Management and Innovation, University of South Africa, Certificate in M&E and Primary Healthcare (AMREF) among others. He is an Award winner - Safaricom 2025 Exceptional Leadership Award.
