I was responsible for entering, verifying, and monitoring medication orders, supervising technicians, providing on-call service, communicating with other health care providers, and managing inventory and pumps. I have extensive knowledge and skills in sterile compounding, dosing and adjusting antibiotics and TPN, and troubleshooting pump issues. I am also proficient in long term care pharmacy management, as I have worked in that setting for several years before switching to home infusion. My mission as a pharmacist is to ensure the safety and efficacy of medication therapy for my patients, and to collaborate with other professionals to optimize their health outcomes. I am passionate about learning new things and expanding my horizons, both in pharmacy and in other fields.
