About Henry L. Watson

Relaxation is key in today's world as we all know this. It has become increasingly evident over time that stress has reinvented it's way of working it's antagonistic magic of fatigue and knotty contractions on the muscles of the body. Through it all, in the essence of the body's functions, in which the body has its own self healing capabilities; when it comes to having great Range of Motion, good blood flow, and oxygenated muscles, to the extent of how great these are so are only how great one's body really is. As a Massage Therapist of multiple years, It has come to me to go "Back to Basics" with massage, for it's as simple as helping to speed up the process of what the body already does. I believe in the science of helping to promote muscles to meet the criteria of what it takes to be healthy and high quality performing muscles. Last but not least, educating people and helping to heighten awareness of self health/help is a cornerstone of Henry Watson and his affiliates in performance.
