About Henry Langsam

Henry I. Langsam, Partner, is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971. As a 1974 graduate from the Temple University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Langsam immediately started work for a small legal services organization specializing in tenant housing law for the disadvantaged. In 1978, he started his own general private practice which became Langsam Stevens in 1995 where he focused on general civil practice including all forms of business and real estate transactions and representation, coupled with sophisticated commercial and tort litigation. Mr. Langsam leads the firm in its collections practice, which has national and local clients, while maintaining a general practice of law to meet the various needs of businesses and families. This practice complements and supports the firm’s Environmental Practice and its representation of environmental contractors and consultants. In addition to assisting such clients in collections, Mr. Langsam provides counseling on corporate matters including acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Langsam and his firm are rated AV by Martindale Hubbell, a national lawyers´ rating service and he has contributed to his firm's selection in Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and Adjusters. Mr. Langsam's practice includes serving as general counsel in a number of industries including hospital, health care, television, factoring/finance, construction and many other small businesses, while serving on the boards or as general counsel of several non-profit corporations.
