In his 25+ year career of working for and with nonprofit organizations, Henry has raised over $300M from grants, individual donors, corporations and special events. Henry’s previous experience includes eight years as Deputy Executive Director for Development at Project Inform, an organization dedicated to ending the HIV/AIDS pandemic, two years as the first Development Director at PAWS (Pets Are Wonderful Support) where he worked to keep people and their companion animals together, and five years as Planning and Development Director for LifeLong Medical Care, a community-based health center located in Alameda County. Most recently, Henry was Director of Events at Mercy For Animals and prior to that an Account Executive for Blackbaud, the world’s leading cloud software company powering social good. Henry resides in Los Angeles with his husband Derek, and can often be found cheering for the home team at Dodger Stadium or on a walk with their Labrador Retriever, Linus.
