I am passionate about helping business leaders adopt strategic outsourcing to make their businesses and workforces healthier and more productive. I have spent the last decade helping world-class healthcare clients in the Food and Support Services arena. I get to work with some great people in order to help them achieve their objectives in a very consumer driven marketplace where consumers have a choice. My philosophy - I’m a straight shooter and I believe prospective clients, existing and internal, desire full transparency. Client engagement boils down to personal relationships and trust. When the occasional challenge arises, I am a proponent in having what one of my clients taught me - courageous conversations. I have a “no surprises” management philosophy and believe relationships are the catalyst for sustained prosperity. My customers are valued partners and their success is my success.
