About Henry Meyer

Marketplaces are not a side channel – they are a strategic revenue driver. Many manufacturers know the challenges of programs like Vendor: limited price control, opaque deductions, unreliable forecasts, operational escalations, or brand content that is not aligned with their positioning. Being present is easy. Maintaining control is not. This is where I step in.I drive structure, performance and sustainable growth for brands across major marketplaces – creating transparency and control without requiring manufacturers to engage directly in the operational complexity of platforms like Amazon. In my role in product management at one of Germany’s leading online retailers, I manage brands across the full marketplace lifecycle: from positioning and content to pricing, availability, inventory steering and performance optimization. My approach is simple: manufacturers retain strategic ownership of their brand, while we manage the operational complexity in the background — structured, brand-aligned and commercially driven.I am open to connecting with manufacturers who want to treat marketplaces as a controllable growth channel rather than leaving them to chance.
