About Henry Murdaugh

With over 25 years of management experience in public health at various levels of government, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of health equity and cultural competency. I have a Master's degree in Public Health and a certificate in Public Health Management and a Six Sigma Green Belt, as well as multiple skills in organizational development, program management, grants and contract management, workforce development, and community engagement. As the Director of Health Equity and Cultural Competency at Molina Healthcare, I oversee the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and programs that promote health equity and cultural competence across the organization and its stakeholders. I work with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify and address the social determinants of health and the health disparities affecting our members and communities. I also lead the training and education of staff and providers on health equity and cultural competency best practices and standards. My mission is to ensure that Molina Healthcare delivers high-quality, accessible, and culturally responsive care to all its members.
