About Henry Oh

I am currently undertaking a role to bring process improvements for centralised finance team where 10+ team members collaborate. From journal preparations to consolidated reports, I prioritise the areas to focus by impact and manage them as small projects. The best part is that I am challenged for my design thinking and problem solving skills on a regular basis. Certainly not a work without a stress, but it is uniquely and immensely rewarding when the outcome is right and well embraced by the team. After completion of tertiary education and a few years of hands-on experience, I found myself yearning for productivity and continuous improvement which has led to some professional qualifications and the love of Microsoft Power Platform. Applying those frameworks and power tools(such as Power BI) in the previous roles has taken me through a few cross-function projects including dashboarding and put me where my data handling skill is well regarded. Now in the era of abundance of data, I am truly excited of the endless possibilities to help business at varying scales by harnessing all at disposal.
