Highly skilled Avionics Technician with The Navy with 10 years’ hands-on experience performing a variety of installation and maintenance tasks on avionics hardware and wiring assemblies. Six years of experience with loading software and assisting with Growler specific tasks. I am hard working and efficient and I work well under pressure. I use creative and innovative thinking to help find and fix issues that arise within the Growler systems. Qualifications/ Skills/ Expertise: I provide exceptional service within the Growler community including maintenance on the various types of systems in this Aircraft such as: JTT-R, ALQ-99, ALQ-218, ALQ-249, CMN-4, JTRS, MIDS, Flex-17, Special Mission Pods and the ALQ-227. I also provide services to the other mission essential systems, I understand their functionality, and I develop key troubleshooting steps to help minimize the man hours to flight hours ratio. Experience: Northrop Grumman: March 2019 - Present Senior Principal Avionics Technician Assisting Growler Team with H16 Upgrades. I provide technical and engineering support to the EA-18G test teams in China Lake Ca. I analyze software and hardware issues and write up reports on what is found to have further analysis done on the issues at hand. I am responsible for the analysis of the ALQ-218 performance and try to use data analysis tools to identify issues and report them as I come across them. I install hardware and software, Troubleshoot, write test procedures, load, and run mission loads in the EA-18G laboratory and on the aircraft. I help with the Integration of the ALQ-249 system onto the platform and work with the Raytheon and Boeing teams to analyze the issues as they arise on the aircraft. I provide engineering support for the Special Mission Pod while also training fleet squadrons before deployment. I communicate with the National Teams on the health status of the ALQ-218 system and go through the data to pinpoint issues with the system and the integration of the aircraft. I have tracked, coordinated between multiple squadrons and national teams for upgrades to the WRAs needing the upgrades throughout the H16 software and Hardware integration. I have worked closely with Boeing and government representatives to ensure test worthy aircraft while providing analysis through the Baltimore team on the health of the systems.
