With over 20 years in the Warehousing Industry and having served in the United States Air Force I have been trained to manage a team, and lead by example. My proven track record and commitment to success is indicated on my resume. My educational background in Leadership Training, along with my professional experience, makes me an excellent candidate for this position. Throughout the years I have work on top accounts in our leading industries such as Starbucks, Red Bull, REI, Walmart, Spencer, Ecolab, Costco, and Yeti. I have a proven track record of achieving high audit results, KPI’s, and productivity. I have traveled throughout the country on swat teams to fix troubled accounts. Increasing productivity, training, and improving processes are my specialty. Personnel accomplishment includes: Working at Johnson Postman I started as a picker/ driver and within 6 months moved up to become the Shipping Supervisor. I was given an Appreciation Award the following year for my hard work and dedication to the Company. I was then personal asked to join yet a bigger company as a Warehouse Manager where I managed there for 8 years. At OHL, I was hired on as an Operations Supervisor. Within the first year, I was promoted to an Operations Manager. I have received a number of Star Awards and was recognized by Starbucks for helping them save over 1 million dollars in transportation costs. These rewards are a direct result to my commitment to personal and professional excellence.
