About Henry Phan

Instruct students on mathematical concepts, theories, and applications. teach at different levels including Algebra 2 for 10 graders and Advanced Mathematic Decision Making for 12 graders. Have great communication skills, and the ability to engage students and make the subject interesting, engaging and accessible and be patient, organized, and able to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way. Develop effective teaching strategies and develop an understanding of the diverse learning needs of their students (I am working at Title I school) Experience how to work with diverse student populations (Spanish, Asian, Caucasian, and African American), implement new teaching methods, and adjust their teaching approach to meet the changing needs of my students. Instruct and manage a math club, innovation robotics for an enrichment summer program. Create effective assessments by identifying the key concepts, skills, and use a variety of assessment techniques, such as quizzes, tests, projects, presentations, or essays, depending on the learning objectives and the nature of the subject aligning with the curriculum and the learning objectives.
