About Henry Salisbury

I am an Investment Associate at 3C Capital in London, UK where my role covers private and public investments and portfolio management alongside a number of other asset classes. At 3C we look to identify leading early-stage private opportunities that will yield a strong upside and impact in their respective sectors. Prior to joining 3C, I spent over 3yrs as an Investment Associate at Seek Ventures in the UK, primarily focusing my time on a large public equities book. In addition, I led and supported in a number of different asset classes such as; property, cryptocurrency and climate/green tech. Previously, I was a Copper Demand Analyst at Wood Mackenzie, working within the Copper Research team to produce highly detailed insights into the global demand for copper metal. I completed an MSc in Mining Geology at the Camborne School of Mines following graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Geology from Durham University. I strive to take all the skills that I have learnt both at my undergraduate and postgraduate Universities and apply them to my career. As a geologist at heart, I am trained to work with incomplete data sets giving me a fresh perspective on problems or issues relating to business. Being a keen sportsman of a variety of sports, I have the drive to be one of the best, whilst also engaging with those around me in order to reach a collective goal. Having captained and held other positions of responsibility within different Clubs and Societies, keeping everything in check and up to a high standard is always a must. Having being very fortunate to travel to a number of different countries I would like to explore more of the world through work and leisure. With North Wales being home, I hope to take different aspects of my culture to those around the world, whilst at the same time learn from those that I meet on the way.
