I'm passionate about making a difference. In my history of service to humanity, family and my employer, I pride myself being fully committed and loyal. When I'm involved in any project I do my best to achieve success by leading, assisting, and supporting others in a way that can best create practical and productive outcomes. I have a attentive ear for listening, coupled with unlimited patience, equals "my love of people"! My passion is a driving force within me that positively impacts everything I am involved in. I can feel satisfaction in knowing that I have helped others to accomplish their goals as well as accomplishing mine. My call to humanity is "If I can help somebody as I walk along the way, then my life won't be in vane. Last, Human Resources is the pulse of the organization. Also, you can improve team camaraderie and bridge gaps between team members and management. To that end, since HR is the nucleus of every workforce Team. We must educate management to understand every Team Member is as diverse as the fingerprint on their hand. Hence, every position requires interpersonal communication skills, ability to work with a team or manage others. Most importantly, I've learned how to showcase and understand the emotional intelligence of my team and workforce, by defining a person’s ability to perceive, manage, understand and reason with emotions. Once this connection is made in the workplace, then you can guide your worforce on being productive with team projects, manage others or identify the needs of consumers with sensitivity and professionalism.
