As a Senior Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Workday, I lead the development of innovative AI and infrastructure projects that enhance cost efficiency, resource utilization, and operations automation. With over 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, I have a proven track record of proposing, initiating, and leading high-impact projects that improve system resilience and minimize downtime and ensure resilience and scalability for 60 billion weekly transactions. In Workday I have proposed multiple AI/ML initiatives such as building a conversational front end for Workday with LLMs, having an AI-Agent friendly data environment and securing RAG vector storage, and presented them in Workday Annual Product & Technology Conference. I have acted as technical leadership guiding and mentoring senior and principal engineers. I was also the founder and CEO of Unigroup AI Technologies Inc, where I built an AI-driven company from the ground up, assembling a top-tier team and securing over $7 million in funding. I have a PhD focusing on computational intelligence algorithms from Auburn University, a Stanford Natural Language Understanding Certificate of Achievement, and a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
