About Herb Behrens

For over 30 years I have been fortunate to be tied to real estate in some form or another. Where we all call home matters, and I enjoy helping people find that place they want to call home! HomeAdvantage looks to help our partners in many ways but having an agent network across the country to help serve and retain their customers when buying and selling is our focus. While at BCU, I was a user of the HomeAdvantage program for over 10 years, as we originated from coast to coast, and became the first client to have its members earn over $1M in cash rewards in a year when buying or selling their homes and have given over $6M in cash rewards since inception. HomeAdvantage is proud to have given over $55M in cash rewards to customers that have used the program. I'm excited to keep helping partners with their real estate strategies and how they look to retain their customer relationships while supporting them as they buy and sell homes across the country!
