About Herb Schul

As a Senior Partner in EY's Consulting practice, I am focused on working with key client teams and client executives to assist with our client's largest transformation challenges and opportunities. Focusing on our client's needs through a future-back approach, I bring the full-capabilities of the firm together to deliver long-term value by transforming businesses through the power of people, technology and innovation. This approach drives innovation at a scale in which clients navigate and realize transformation in the now, next and beyond. Previously, I served as the EY Sector, Accounts and Solutions leader, driving issue based and sector relevant solutions across our Americas consulting team to create world class solutions and offerings for our clients. I also had the opportunity to be the EY Central Region Advisory Managing Partner where I worked with cross-service line and market segment teams to achieve double-digit growth in Consulting. During my 30 + years of experience, I have enabled transformation by asking our people and clients to envision innovation and the steps needed to move into the future. Above all else, I am a dedicated people leader. I am passionate about providing others the opportunity to grow and succeed through their client experiences and leadership development roles. I firmly believe that no matter how perfect a business plan is, a business cannot be successful without diverse, dedicated employees. I am based out of Cincinnati and am an Ohio native. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jenn, and our three children, as well as saltwater fishing and scuba diving.
