At the helm of the Australian Digital Health Agency's Clinical Governance & Assurance Branch, my focus is on leading a team dedicated to the principles-based clinical governance and assurance of digital health products services. Our work assures the design and development of safe and effective digital health products, centering on consumer needs and continuous improvement. We lead through the principles of the Clinical Governance Framework for Digital Health and the values of the Agency and the APS. My leadership in enhancing clinical governance, safety, and risk services demonstrates a commitment to the advancement of digital health standards. The establishment of a clinical incident service reflects our dedication to incident management across all Agency programs, with consumer-focused outcomes as our guiding principle. Together with my team, we uphold a culture of safety first and evidence-based practice, contributing to the government's digital healthcare agenda.
