OVERVIEW I am an adjunct instructor at Computer Systems Institute (CSI). Having taught Success Strategies - which includes job search techniques, Customer Service, Business Planning, Social Media Marketing, Consumer Psychology and Microsoft Office applications. In October, 2014 I was awarded Instructor of the Year. As a self-taught specialist, I have worked my way up the technology industry ladder in the corporate world for over 25 years. My passion for collaborating and teaching led me to a Regional Director of Technology position where I was responsible for the training of over 300 associates in the Chicagoland territory in addition to exhaustive work on national pilot projects and the oversight of branch technology managers. CERTIFICATIONS: In November of 2010, I earned a Microsoft Office 2010 Masters Certification which includes Word Expert, Excel Expert, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as having a Microsoft Office 2007 Masters Certification. I had also the distinct honor of being CSI's keynote speaker at their first graduation ceremony and at their June, 2013 ceremony at their Gurnee campus. • Teach Customer Service, Professional Development, Business Planning (helped design the curriculum) as well as being a Certified • Project Manager with experience spanning hardware and software upgrades, orientations and training responsibilities. • Highly Experienced Application Support Technology Manager that is results driven, self-motivated in IT Support and Training. • Effective communicator able to explain complex concepts and issues to management. • Outstanding public speaking skills and ability to motivate, energize,and lead to success.
