As the Director of US Sales, Marketing, & Customer Service, I oversee all aspects of customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, as well as sales performance, marketing outreach, and operational excellence. I leverage my Six Sigma certifications and CRM expertise to implement data-driven strategies and processes that optimize customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue. I also foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement among my teams, and ensure they have the skills, tools, and support they need to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers.
