About Herbert Rivas

With over 14 years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about empowering employees through learning and development. As a human resources generalist - L&D at Nice-Pak Products, Inc, I design and deliver engaging and effective training programs that enhance the skills, performance, and retention of our diverse and talented workforce. I also collaborate with managers and leaders to identify and address the learning needs and gaps of their teams, and provide coaching and feedback to support their development. Prior to this role, I was a corporate trainer at Nice-Pak, where I facilitated various training sessions on topics such as communication, trust, and approachability, and obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn. Before joining Nice-Pak, I worked as a human resources generalist at Sensitron Semiconductor for over 11 years, where I handled various HR functions, such as recruitment, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. My core competencies include building trust, employee training, training and development, and theology. I am motivated by the mission of Nice-Pak to provide innovative solutions that enhance health and wellness, and I strive to create a positive and inclusive learning culture that fosters growth and collaboration.
