I lead sourcing and procurement for infrastructure and real estate at Cisco, with over two decades of global experience across Cisco, EY, and IBM. My career has spanned category strategy, supplier relationship management (SRM), risk mitigation, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment, with a core focus on cost efficiency, supply continuity, and operational resilience. I operate at the intersection of infrastructure, digital enablement, and supplier ecosystems, ensuring procurement is not just a support function but serves as a strategic partner. My current mandate includes leveraging data-driven insights, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and business process improvements to drive scalable impact across regions. A large part of my work involves building procurement operations that are resilient, ethical, and compliant, while staying future-ready with emerging contract manufacturing models, supplier performance monitoring, and end-to-end supply chain digitization. I’ve led efforts in defining OKRs, KPIs, and onboarding suppliers to platform-based fulfillment and EDI/API integrations, especially in high-growth, compute-intensive environments. My leadership philosophy centers around building inclusive and sustainable procurement practices, including embedding climate-conscious sourcing models, strengthening local supplier participation, or unlocking disruptive value through startup partnerships. I also bring deep situational awareness and strategic foresight to crisis response and scenario planning. I hold credentials from IIM Ahmedabad, IIFT, and NIILM, and remain a lifelong learner exploring the evolving role of procurement in the context of semiconductor innovation, data center infrastructure, digital supply chains, and geopolitical risk.
