I have over 3 years of experience in developing business automation solutions, using Python as the main language, along with libraries such as Selenium, pandas, openpyxl, PyPDF, among others, and automation tools like Microsoft PowerAutomate and Rocketbot. I have worked with departments such as HR to implement scripts that reduced manual work time by more than 24 hours per month. I also collaborated with the controlling team, automating tasks that previously took over 100 hours per month, completely eliminating human errors from critical processes such as the full management of employee timesheets. I have also performed simpler automation tasks that previously consumed employees' time, which could be focused on other priorities. One example is a script that extracts an employee's name from their paycheck (in PDF format) and renames the paycheck file using the extracted name. Additionally, I created several data pipelines in Python that extracted employee data from health plan PDFs and inserted them into databases used for generating reports and dashboards.
