During my career, I’ve gained diverse experience across various roles that have shaped my professional skill set. While employed at Viking Cruises, I had the opportunity to volunteer my time traveling to Durban, South Africa, where I spent four months training new customer service specialists. In addition to building rapport with sales prospects, I focused on cultivating long-term relationships, providing valuable information on insurance plans and policies, and delivering excellent service in a high-volume call center environment. I also maintained a deep understanding of product offerings to educate customers, address inquiries, and efficiently process transactions. Furthermore, I traveled with the crew and BET production team, coordinating with producers to organize and select footage, manage wardrobe, and oversee inventory valued up to $100K.
