I am a result-oriented professional with a Big 4 background, who is used to work with small professional teams. For sundry years I am engaged in sundry roles on the cutting edge of business, finance, processes and IT (i.e. SAP). Recently I have - as business consultant at ING - realised the development and roll-out of shared systems and processes to i.e. London and Frankfurt. Part of this work is also drafting project plans, working with scrum-teams and making trade-offs between tactical and strategic solutions. I have got international experiences in USA, UK, Canada (Nova Scotia), Kingdom of Saudi-Arabia and in Europe. In my work I am looking for a balance between convincing, chasing on deadlines and thinking with the (internal) client. Verbally and in writing I am communicating clear and accessible taking into account other stakeholders.
