I’m a digital project leader with over 18 years of experience delivering high-impact initiatives at HSBC and RBC, where I have led digital transformation and customer-centric initiatives in highly regulated industries. I've helped over customers and delivered more than strategic projects that've improved usability, optimized operations, and supported sustainable growth. My work has been recognized through awards from HSBC and RBC, including Top Performer, Role Model, and Corporate Value awards. I'm proud to have led initiatives that grew digital sales from $1.3 billion to $5 billion, increased impressions to 67 million, and raised digital adoption from 18% to 70%. During the pandemic, I delivered a global relief solution to support vulnerable clients.
