I have been active as a lawyer in the Luxembourg investment fund sector for over 30 years and this for over 20 years as a Partner and now as Of Counsel. Besides his role as a lawyer, I always was and remain a very active member of the Luxembourg investment fund community. I sit on the board of directors of ALFI, the Luxembourg investment fund association. At the level of ALFI I am further a member of the RegBo. I am also an active member on the CSSF committee for the investment funds sector, the GFI Committee. Last but not least, I am the Chairman of LuxFLAG, the Luxembourg global labeling agency. In addition to my role as a lawyer, I am active as a non executive director. Since my change from full time Partner to part time Of Counsel, I engage increasingly together with my wife in the activity of producing wine, namely Luxembourg Pinot Noir, under our label FrogLips.
