Worked in multiple different professional services, sales and business management roles for both German local as well as in an international environment with accomplishing the following criteria- Profit and Loss Responsibility - P+L responsibility and experience in current and previous jobs for either parts or complete business units- Optimize operations - implemented new processes and significantly improved existing processes in current and previous jobs. As part of our companies consulting engagements I am leading several initiatives to consult in manufacturing assessments and planning with the aim to identify business challenges and drivers for change, requirements and definition of new to-be processes, lean and improved manufacturing - also but not limited to IT systems- Approve efficiencies and synergies - template development, reporting examples, established centralized proposal management for EMEA wide benefits, etc- Support internal business systems - engaged daily in business system related streamlining, new systems and solution implementations, site related and global implementations. 12 years of experience in this field – either directly engaged or indirectly involved - Drive growth through organic growth and by acquisitions - currently involved in two projects: one is an EMEA wide channel partnership program, the other being a strategic alliance of a complementary solution offering in order to increase competitive advantages and at the same time commercial (top and bottom line) growth- Drive new markets and expanding to additional regions and into additional services offering - Drive the change management process - I feel that this is one of my strengths, successful participation in a change leadership training, demonstrated change in current and previous positions.
