Summary Starting with my work at the Max-Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition I have been specialising in media and technology law for many years and have focused on this area of law ever since. As head of Heussen Law´s IT, IP and Telecommunications Practice Group I advise companies on all aspects of commercial law. I primarily deal with issues of production, distribution and marketing of intellectual property rights and related technical products including meassures of protecting intellectual and industrial property rights. I have extensive experience in the sectors of film and television, publishing, music, software and advertising as well as mobile and online-media.
