I am a Sales Manager with more than ten years of experience in the Floral Industry. My skills are developing new projects, customer service, quality control, and fidelization of existing accounts with a strong background in statistics managing. I collaborated with some of the best groups of rose producers in Ecuador, Hoja Verde, Tessa corp, and Sierraflor achieving several awards during my career. Currently, i find myself developing new target markets, negotiation skills, and e-commerce products for the best rose producer in the world HojaVerde, also helping to expand a portal for reaching B2B customers in North America. Colleagues know me as an experienced marketer who can be trusted to produce a new approach to rose production, customer service, and quality control. I am focused on one-on-one relationships. As I have always said, the customers are always right, but they don't need to know every time. I have a thorough knowledge of the Flower market. I am constantly searching to improve my knowledge, with courses and seminars for the industry, participating in many flower shows worldwide, and developing face-to-face relationships with partners.
