About Hernan Monte

With more than 10 years of experience in the finance area, I am a professional passionate about Controlling, Control management, Data analysis and Process optimization. My mission is to add value to the organization by generating relevant, reliable and timely information for strategic decision making. My field of specialization is in the Automotive Industry, Industrial Sector and Logistics and Supply Chain sector. I am motivated to work in a dynamic, innovative and client-oriented environment, where I can contribute my analytical vision, my ability to adapt and my commitment to excellence. Additionally, I perform cost analysis, pricing, and weekly and monthly reports for local and regional directors, reporting relevant data to correct deviations and mitigate risks. Likewise, I design instruments for management control, creating and evolving the KPIs of the area for making managerial decisions. To develop these functions, I apply my data analytics skills acquired, where I learned to use tools such as Excel, Power BI and SQL to extract, transform and visualize data. These skills allow me to generate insights, identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions based on data.
