I enjoy the big, complicated projects where we should focus on the complete delivery process. I like to build teams, define solutions, build roadmaps, coordinate the teams to accomplish a successful delivery, and help the teams grow creating a great environment to work in. I have worked in the airline industry for the past 10+ years, starting as a Java dev, migrating to Frontend React developer, going through technical lead, architect, technical manager, acting as a business analyst and product owner, and why not scrum master.
