I didn’t start my career with a title in product management—but looking back, I’ve been a product thinker all along. My journey began as a Business Analyst, deeply immersed in understanding user pain points, untangling complex workflows, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. I spent my days listening—really listening—to users and stakeholders. That experience taught me one of the most important lessons I still carry today: empathy is the foundation of every great product. As I grew, so did my curiosity. I wanted to not only define solutions but also help shape what we built and why. That curiosity led me from BA to Product Owner, and eventually into Product Management—where strategy, creativity, and delivery intersect. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse industries and platforms—from MYOB’s Accounting, Tax & Business products, I’ve launched new products, scaled existing platforms, and helped teams navigate through transformation and growth.
